Pretty useful piece of software

Great for jotting down ideas... Especially if instruments are not handy (eg hotel room or on a beach).

Helps with chord progressions and inversions.

Simple user interface and ability to load and save songs for later refinement.

Excellent App

A sudden flash of inspiration and no instrument in sight? Simple Songwriter is great for when you're on the go. It's an easy-to-use musical notepad that records tracks. In playback mode it displays each note on the screen while it's playing. Also a fun way to learn your keys. For me, definitely a (Hopefully) Useful Software. Thumbs up!!
