Unbrauchbar - absolut nicht zu empfehlen
Wir haben von Freunden zwei Tageskarten für den Europapark via Smartbox erhalten. Rechtzeitig - also mehr als 48 h im Voraus haben wir den physischen Gutschein in der dafür nötigen App registriert und das Datum des Besuchs im Europapark definiert. Anschliessend erhält man eine Buchung mit Barcode, aber keinerlei weitere Informationen. Auch physisch per Post (was sowieso Steinzeit wäre) haben wir nicht erhalten. Vor Ort im Europapark sind wir von einer zur nächsten Stelle gebracht worden. Niemand kann mit dem Barcode von Smartbox etwas anfangen. Ausserdem erfahren wir an jeder Stelle erneut, dass es mit Smartbox konstant Probleme gibt. Letztlich mussten wir vor Ort zwei Tickets kaufen. Dieses Angebot ist meiner Meinung nach sehr hart an der Grenze zur Illegalität. Leider die totale Enttäuschung.
Suche ist schrecklich
Die Suche der App ist nur was für masochisten. Man fragt sich ob es absichtlich schlecht gemacht wurde damit man aufgibt und das Geld ungenutzt bleibt…
