Initially specialising in home meal delivery, Smood quickly expanded into other areas. With a vocation to be the Swiss Army knife of home delivery, Smood now offers thousands of products for delivery across several categories (groceries, florists, wine shops, parapharmacy and beauty, etc.), all in partnership with emblematic local or national brands.
We are committed to an ongoing process of social responsibility. Smood is one of the only companies in the Swiss home delivery sector where all the delivery staff are employed by the company. Pas de bon sens au niveau du service client
Approche peu smart du client.
Gros retard, appel service client payant, ha oui le livreur récupère votre commande, il devrait être là dans 10 minutes, 15 minutes après commande toujours marquée en préparation (le restau a confirmé 20 minutes avant que tout est prêt), puis message smood « retard à prévoir ».
Remplissez un formulaire on fera un geste. Un geste? 100% remboursé oui, si c’est pour manger 45 minutes en retard et surtout froid!
Révisez votre relation client! Érosion en vue.
Inadmissible
C’est inadmissible et c’est à la limite de l’arnaque
De plus lorsqu’on appelle le service client la dame vous répond que vous avez eu tort de demander une livraison dès que possible car l’engagement de l’horaire affiché de livraison ne vaut plus rien.
En gros elle m’annonce que moi client suis fautif d’avoir naïvement commandé
On ne m’y reprendra plus

3 heures après!
Commande passée à 19h15, réception d’une commande qui n’était pas pour nous après 1h30, pas de réponse par mail, livreurs débordés, nous recevons finalement notre commande après 3 heures. Inacceptable et dernière fois sur Smood. La concurrence est plus fiable.
