Awful and unusable
After 10 minutes looking everywhere I find no way to buy a two way ticket. On the web site you pretend to offer weekend tickets but why not selling them in this app?
Also the account creation does not work (error, trying again does nothing)
Congrats, the two things this application could do for me today are not working 👎

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience. To buy a return ticket, click on 'Purchases' tab, 'new purchase', you'll see below origin and destination options you can edit (by default, it's single ticket for today's date in second class). Click on the options to select 'return ticket', change the date if necessary and validate. You will see the weekend ticket. We planned to give more affordance to this option to avoid this issue. It should be released soon. In the meantime, I hope it helps.^Y
Stupid beyond measure.
Cumbersome and inconvenient. 15 minutes after installing I was still not in a position to actually buy a ticket. You have to register, provide far too many data about yourself (what for!?), confirm your email, Appple Pay doesn’t work etc.
I finally bought at the ticket machine and deleted the app. Would have missed my train otherwise.
Welcome o the world of public service monopolies.
And where are the Diabolotickets????
Wanted to buy a diaboloticket. What did you guess nowhere to be found.

Hello, sorry to hear that you could not find the Diabolo Ticket (Brussels Airport Supplement) in the app. When selecting Brussels Airport-Zaventem as your destination or arrival station, you should find it under 'Tickets'.
