Worst client experience ever
App not easy to navigate. Everything is made so easy to start bidding, but once you win an auction the post sale support is worse than the worst low cost airline. Also watch out for additional hidden costs and charges…read everything CAREFULLY before to avoid bad surprises. Also Sotheby’s will spam you inbox daily with annoying “newsletters”. Buy from your local gallery or contact the agent of the artist, this is the best way and the best experience to buy art!
