Description
Staffcloud keeps you up-to-date on your job assignments. Your scheduling and your communication with your employer will be a walk in the park. The app provides you with all the important information about your assignments, such as the working time, the location or all crucial documents. Synchronize your personal calendar with your scheduled jobs in the app and make sure that you will be reminded for your jobs. The internal communication system makes your communication with your employer pretty easy. You are able to manage all your personal data which helps your employer to be up-to-date about all your changes.
Important: In order to be able to use this app, you need to have an account with a company which uses Staffcloud.

Registering absences doesn't work.

Sadly, the situation is the same and it doesn't have to do with writing an absence from 21:00 to 00:00 or 23:59
I tried registering an absence on January 23rd from 11:00 to 13:00 and the app registers it from 12 to 21.
This is very annoying and it makes it so difficult for me and my team to be able to organize our working calendar.

Update 2023-02-23: Hi Thierry Oliver, we published a new version of our App (version 2. 9.16) today which includes a fix for the bug when entering absences in the calender. Hi Thierry Oliver, we do understand that this is causing you troubles, and we are currently working on a fix for the iOS mobile app. As soon as it´s done, we´ll provide a new version of the Staffcloud App in App Store. As a work around, you can always login through any browser into the web application (using your employer´s staffcloud url and your emailadress and password as credentials) and enter your absences there. Hi Thierry Oliver, we´re sorry to read that the App is causing you problems. The issue you describe (not being able to add an absence in the calendar) might be connected to the end time (00:00 which would be not the end, but the beginning of a day and therefore is before the start time). If you enter 23:59 as end time, it will probably work as expected. We are investigating this further and will implement an improvement soon. Kind regards, Staffcloud Support
