False notifications for failed payments

When purchasing a ticket, a message pops up that the payment has failed when it hasn’t. The money really has been withdrawn from the credit card and an order confirmation is sent via email but no ticket is made available in the app. No refunds for multiple purchases made due to this system error are given.
