Excellent support for NLP

This makes the NLP super easy, no doubt. While complicating matters, it would be helpful to allow for more flexibility in set and rep planning when getting to intermediate stage, eg 3x5, 4x4 and then back to 5x3

excellent workout app

This app does exactly what it is intended to do and perfectly so. Good explanations of the lifts as well as a simple workout section which guides you through your workout and manages your pauses between the sets. Keep track on your progress. It even tells you how many kgs or lbs you need to put on each side of the barbell. The best workout tracker app, if you’re doing SS ;)

Was Expecting More From Mark Rippetoe

I use an app - strong lifts which has a free version that is as good as this paid app & the subscription is well worth paying for. The videos are very poor - no sound - no explanation - very disappointing. I will be renewing my strong lifts subscription for another year rather than use this inferior app
