We deliver pretty much everything: You can get local brands from the region, fruit and vegetables or milk and eggs. Fancy a fresh croissant? We get our baked goods fresh every day from the bakery in your neighborhood. If you don't want to cook yourself, check out our ready-made meals. And if there's anything else missing from your cupboard, we're there to help, whether it's olive oil, salt, tea or baking ingredients. Choose from hundreds of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), most of which arrive ice-cold. Sie sind schnell(10-20min), freundlich und die preise weichen nur um wenige Rappen vom Ladenpreis ab und als Willkommens Bonus bekommt man 2x gratis Lieferung.
Als Vergleich der Preisklasse: ben and jerrys glace kostet je nach laden 10-12.- bei midnight delivery kostet es 18-19.- und bei stash ca 12.-

Schlechter Service
Der Lieferdienst wurde unangekündigt einfach eingestellt - extrem schwach Euren loyalen Kunden gegenüber.

Natürlich ist es bedauerlich, dass du nichts von den Anpassungen mitbekommen hast. 😟 Wir haben allen Kund:innen einen Newsletter geschickt und auf stash.ch sowie in der App einen Banner an erster Stelle geschaltet, welcher auf diese Landing Page verlinkt: https://stash.ch/stashflash. Ausserdem haben wir die Anpassung über unsere Social Media Kanäle kommuniziert.
War mal gut..
Ich habe fast täglich gestasht, weil es wirklich super war. Während dem Lernen oder im Homeoffice wirklich super.
Früher war die Lieferzeit maximal 10 Minuten, die Preise wie im Laden und die Liefergebühr 3.90 Fr.
Mittlerweile bin ich wirklich sehr enttäuscht.
Die Lieferzeit beträgt nun weitaus mehr, teils über 30 Minuten. (Ausserhalb von Mittagszeit/Abendessen). Die Liefergebühren sind gestiegen auf 4.90 Fr. und die Preise für die Prdukte steigen stetig.
Die Werbung früher: "Wir liefern innert 10 Minuten, (...) Die Preise wie im Laden.."
Der Service wird immer schlechter und gleichzeitig die Prdukte und die Lieferung immer teurer. Wir bestellen nicht mehr und können es leider nicht mehr empfehlen.

Liebe Valerija. Vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, uns eine Rückmeldung zu hinterlassen. Die Inflation macht leider auch bei STASH nicht Halt und auch wir haben uns gezwungen gesehen die Preise leicht anzupassen. Wir denken, dass eine Lieferung innerhalb von 30 Minuten für nur CHF 4.90 immer noch ein sehr fairer Preis ist und es so im Schweizer Markt sonst nirgends gibt. Hoffentlich gibst du uns nochmals eine Chance, damit wir es besser machen können. 🫶
