Excellent

Excellent app so far (I’ve been using it since yesterday), very intuitive and easy to use, also very precise and complete. I’m only missing two things for the moment (or maybe I haven’t found them yet) : the « T » letter for the notes played with tapping technique ; and the « PM » notes for the right hand palm muted notes. Thanks a lot for adding those symbols if they’re not already in. ;-)

...i had an earlier version long time age, and it was complicated and full of bugs.
Now the developer has improved and extended the app a lot,
now it is excellent and easy to use.
I cannot think of a musical notation which is not already there and the Developer is responsive and helpful.

Leider kommen meine Anfragen unter der von Stave‘n Tabs angegebenen Mailadresse nicht durch, deswegen setze ich sie jetzt hier ein:

Dear Stave‘n Tabs Team

I do have two Apple iClouds identities. With both I use your great App, either on my iPads and on my iMac.
So I had to pay for your App tripple, first for the two different iCloud identities and second for the different platforms for iPad and iMac. This is not the problem, but I want you to now, what your costumers/users have to pay in such situations.
Unfortunately between this two identities is no chance to synchronize the scores. Is there any possibility which I haven’t seen yet?

I still am a beginner with your nice software. And I do really miss a PDF-Manual which I could use offline, if possible a printable one.
Please would you send me a PDF File with the whole Manual, please? Online it is for me so helpless, sorry about.

Thank you so much for bringing to our attention such a terrible issue with sending emails from the apps. It occured when we changed our email servers. We extend our sencerest apologies! The issue with sending emails has been resolved.

1. Stave'n'Tabs supports family sharing with all in-app purchases. If both accounts are in the same Apple family, then you could try restoring purchases inside the apps. If you made an in-app purchase for a second account less than a month ago, you may attempt to refund this purchase by contacting Apple Support (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204084)

2. To sync scores between different Apple IDs, we suggest you create a shared folder in iCloudDrive (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/icloud/mm708256356b/icloud). To access and modify the scores contained within this folder, it is recommended to access them through the Files application on iPadOS and the Finder application, or alternatively, by accessing the Files menu on macOS and selecting File > Open...

3. Regrettably, we do not possess a PDF version of the manual; however, we have plans to produce it. As long as we are trying to make the online manual more complete (https://staventabs.com/hc).
