Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the period, for the same price. When you cancel the auto-renewal, access to the Pro features will not expire immediately, you will have access until the end of the current payment period.

Thanks for using StrongLifts! This release improves the setup of bars and plates in the equipment settings. We're working on Apple Watch behind the scenes. Here's what's new in this version:

Fixed
• Fixed deload after break not getting triggered in some cases
• Fixed calendar days wrong when different first day of week set
• Fixed bar weight changes not immediately reflected in ongoing workout
• Fixed warmup showing 5x20kg/45lb when bar weighs less than 20kg/45lb
• Fixed bar weight doubling when switching weight unit settings between kg/lb
• Fixed adding 2x20kg plates to 4x20kg not showing 6x20kg
• Fixed comma bar weight entry like 17.5kg rejected
• Fixed dot plate entry rejected when no leading zero

Changed
• Removing small plates now increases increment to next possible weight
• Setting 0 amount for plates now removes the plates as expected
• Improved UX for setting up and saving different bars and plates

The best! Das Beste! For beginners, für Einsteiger

Hammer App. alles was man braucht und bei anderen vielleicht vermisst: Warmup sets werden errechnet, gewicht wird automatisch erhöht und ist auf jede art von gewichten anpassbar, einfacher klick genügt um ein fertigen satz zu tracken, kraft steigert sich sehr schnell vorallem bei squats ohne dabei übermässigen muskelkater zu haben (auch zu anfang nur minimal!) g.e.n.i.a.l!

worth every buck!
since working out with stronglifts i've gotten stronger, buffer, more motivated to work out and even more organized in the gym. before, i used to make notes on a piece of paper which was just a pain in the ass. half the time i'd forget it at home or in the gym, but i always have my phone with me. its awesome to keep track of your progress, would like to see an apple watch version some day. other than that, keep it up!

The free app makes it simple and gives consistency. Just pack a gym bag, and when you are at the gym the app organizes your workout for you and gives you instructions, so you can focus on doing the necessary work. Love the philosophy behind Stronglift: keep it simple, lift heavy.
