SunVox is one of the most powerful music creation tools for iOS. It is a small and fast cross-platform modular synthesizer with pattern based sequencer (tracker).

The main menu - button with the SunVox icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
To connect one module (source) to another (destination): first touch on the source, second touch on the destination.

Creative and Up-to-Date

One of the most creative synth/tracker App ever. By tracker I mean those oldschool vertical playing music apps for game music etc.. not my favourite way to create tracks but the app is very clean and light. And very responsive and FAST! It can do a lot more like: live recording and there is a sequencer at the bottom to set the tracks in horizontal song mode. On the iPad, it has 4 views at the same time: tracker, piano keys, syntheziser options, and song mode. Pretty impressive. It‘s a bit difficult to get into it, but the ability to create new sounds are almost endless.. Also, the developer is very active and passionate.
