Very bad experience - never again
Not working vehicle. It was possible to check in. Then noticed it is not working. Tried to log out. Not possible because the vehicle was dropped by somebody else at a place where returns are not possible. I was asked to bring the defunct vehicle to another location !!! No valid answer from support only standard / AI template phrases.
Never again!
Schlechteste E-Scooter
Sehr schlechte Qualität und Gefahr fürs Fahren
So schlechte Fahreigenschten, man merkt wie billig der Mitor ist.
Unseriös ! Liest die AGB‘s
Superpedestrian hat mir in meinem Fall mehrere Fahrten aus dem nichts abgebrochen und mir natürlich schön den Betrag abgebucht. In der App muss man einen Betrag auf ein „Wallet“ laden. Wird dieser aufgebraucht, wird der Rest direkt aus der Debitkarte abgebucht. Eine neue Fahrt kann man aber mit 0 CHF Guthaben nicht mehr starten, sie wollen ja, dass man Geld in sas Wallet lädt, was nur in bestimmten Beträgen möglich ist. Dieses Geld ist nicht erstattungsfähig ! Ausserdem behält sich Superpedestrian vor, wenn zu viel verbucht wird, einfach auf einen Coupon zu setzen („nach eigenem Ermessen“, wie es in den AGB‘s heisst). Meiner Meinung nach eine reine Geldmacherei. Ausserdem: Wenn irgendetwas schief läuft, HAFTET SUPERPEDESTRIAN NICHT. Der Nutzer wird somit komplett alleine gelassen. Lässt die Finger davon, gibt bessere.
