Très simple, très transparent et rapide. Dommage que ce ne soit pas assez rapide pour une utilisation internet de maison à mon domicile.

En plus de l'un des tarifs principaux, tu peux désormais acheter le tarif "swype 5G" (30 jours). Si tu as d'autres questions, tu peux t'adresser à notre service d'assistance à la clientèle via le chat. Wo ist eSIM?
Der Werbetext verspricht: der Tarif funktioniert rein über App. Dass man dann doch eine Physische SIM-Karte zugeschickt kriegt statt dass die App einfach die interne eSIM des Handys verwendet (wie sonst bei App-Only-Tarifen üblich), wirkt da sehr anachronistisch. Ausserdem erfährt man das erst nach dem Signup.
Super Internet Flat toll! Wo bleibt aber der Tages Tarif?
Wir benutzen mehrere nummern, jedoch nur 1 monatlich.. dank der Tages flat waren wir flexibel um kundentelefonate freizuschalten.
Das geht jetzt nicht mehr weil die Option einfach weg ist! 😡 Und dass ohne jegliche Vorwarnung! Schade und gar nicht Kundenfreundlich.
Internationaler tarif auch toll! Aber wenn man mal 10 Tage am stück im Ausland ist oder gar ein Monat, wirds recht teuer.. das ist schade.
Ausserdem kann man keine sms schreiben wenn man kein tarif gewählt hat.. wir hätten gerne paar franken vorab abgezogen bekommen um mal zu antworten ohne gleich ne Flat zu bezahlen.
Oder paar frei sms zu haben keine ahnung 50 sms für 3-5 Fr. Oder so.
Wir schätzen zwar das schlanke Angebot sehr, aber irgendwie kommen wir so auch nicht wirklich voran, wir überlegen uns schon Alternativen 🤷♀️
Ausserdem ist das Internet Grottenschlecht, langsam und wenn man unterwegs sich selber hotspot geben will, ist man im Schneckentempo unterwegs.. 😢
Ah ja und während dem telefonieren hat man kein Internet.
Es ist so, solche Dinge hätten wir einfach gerne vorab gewusst dann hätten wir nicht mühselig die Nummer portiert usw..
Deshalb nur 1 Stern.
Für wen 0 Ansprüche hat, super angebot, für uns als kleiner verein der auf die Kosten schauen muss und trotzdem einwenig Service braucht leider nicht so Ideal.
