Anonymity guaranteed - no registration
There is no connection to a telephone number and no collection of user identification data. The TeleGuard-ID is your very personal identification number that you need in order to connect with your friends. Every TeleGuard user receives an ID number and a QR code, which can be sent out to get in touch with others.

Swisscows has set itself the task of protecting its users from data misuse in every situation. As the smartphone is the most widely used medium in the world nowadays, a secure messenger is indispensable.
Highly secure and modern server
All servers are located in the data centers in Switzerland. A complex encryption system is used for all transmitted data and absolutely no user data is stored on the servers. Everything is absolutely anonymous.
That's why TeleGuard is better than the others
TeleGuard encrypts every message and voice call with the one of the best encryption algorithm currently available: SALSA 20. Since our servers are in Switzerland, we are not subject to the data protection laws of the EU / USA and do not have to pass on any data.
How is my privacy secured?
HTTPS, end-to-end encryption, deletion of messages from the server after reading. No user data, neither IP address nor other, is recorded or stored.

Super messenger, leider fast ohne kontakte ...
Dringender verbesserungsvorschlag: Wie bei den anderen messengers üblich, sollte man die medien in einem profil nicht nur aufrufen u. unter "Fotos" speichern, sondern zusätzlich auch gleich mit einem klick löschen können (iOS).

Nach meinem Empfinden sehr gut! Es kommt wie früher mit den Privaten Chatroms daher! Da kein Eintrag in der Adressdatenbank gemacht wird, kann ich nicht Automatisch feststellen wer Teleguard benutzt! Bin nicht sicher wie lange der Kontrollstaat dies so akzeptiert!
Could be helpful, but not usable for me and no response from support.
Think I could the app well, especially the IP telephony. Sadly the app doesn't open, comes with a white screen. Asked for help and no response from support line.
Update: I used the online form to submit my support request. Was briefly contacted via email (so address is available), re-explained the issue, again went silent. App still not usable.
