Temp Pal is an effective companion for women charting their basal temperature to better understand their menstrual cycles, and for parents and caregivers to monitor baby fevers. Tracking your basal body temperature (your body’s “base” temperature at rest) reveals patterns in ovulation and fertility; understanding these patterns and timing intercourse accordingly can increase your chances of getting pregnant. Conversely, the data can be used to help you avoid pregnancy. Temp Pal can also be used to monitor your baby’s temperature whenever s/he has a fever.

This App provides a quick overview of your temperature along with precise data on temperature trends, history, and notes.


Keep your mobile device connected to wi-fi to ensure that the latest temperature data is uploaded to the cloud for remote monitoring. We also recommend keeping your phone or tablet fully charged because continued use of GPS location services can dramatically decrease your device’s battery life. Temp Pal uses GPS to track the location of the wearer and identify doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the immediate vicinity. Temp Pal does not sell your data to advertisers or other third parties.
