Overall good app
I regularly buy via TheBradery for 2+ years now. There are few annoying technical/UX issues (3D secure payments not implemented, sometimes the UI doesn’t allow you to easily navigate through products), but overall has great offers from a variety of brands and industries.

J’ai fais un achat sur cette application, j’ai reçu un appareil qui ne marchait pas
Lorsque j’ai voulu faire un retour, l‘application m’empêchait de télécharger les papiers nécessaires. lorsque j’ai essayé de contacter l’équipe, leur chatbot me bloquait en disant que je n‘avais pas effectué de commande, impossible donc de les contacter
Les jours d’après j’ai continuer d‘essayer de télécharger les documents pour faire un retour, ça ne marchait toujours pas, jusqu’à ce que l’application me dise qu‘il était désormais trop tard pour faire un retour
