Careful about subscribing

It proposed me a free trial, but instead they charged me right away and won’t revert the charge even though I contacted them right away and haven’t used the subscription

Sound problem

Every few minutes the sound stops for a few seconds and stays desynchronized for a time and then goes back to normal.
The content is great as always but it is unfortunate not to be able to access the guidebooks from the app.
