TimeTravelRome is the most comprehensive mobile app dedicated to the ancient Roman Empire. The new version offers a major upgrade: we added visuals. We start with Rome: the current version offers some 800 pictures for 195 roman monuments in Rome, and we are working on the integration of thousands of other pictures for hundreds of other Roman sites. Pictures are available for both Free and Pro users of the app. The new version also adds some 100 new ancient sites, mostly in Turkey and in Eastern Europe

The new version contains a major update of the content: we added 430 new articles about Roman sites and monuments, which brings the total to 4532. In addition to already available guides for Rome, Pompeii, Herculanum, Delos and many other places, we have added detailed archaeological guides for ancient Corinth, Olympia, Volubilis, Messene and Carsulae - every significant monument is described there. The new update also contains many new sites in France, Spain and in Holy Land. Indeed, Israel becomes one of the best covered countries with 196 places. For France we have now 630 places and for Spain we have 232. Of course, Italy remains the best covered one with all significand place located on the map and described.

The new version adds 300 ancient sites and monuments bringing the total to 3300. We have added detailed coverage of monuments in Delos, Epidaurus and Palmyra, and dozens of sites in other parts of the Ancient Roman Empire. We have also completed labels of sites and monuments adding to labels the name of the main place, so that monuments can be found within the app more easily.

The updated version was upgraded and adapted for use on new iPhone devices.

The new update is focused on customer experience features and easier navigation. A few new monuments for Constantinople were also added.

The new version offers a major update of the app content: several hundreds of articles about ancient Roman sites and monuments were added. We have also added few dozens of articles about monuments in Eulesis and Delphi, adding these two religious centers to the list of cities - Rome, Athens, Jerash, London, Pompeii, etc - for which we provide a very detailed coverage. Some minor bugs were also fixed.

The new version offers a slightly improved interface for non-pro users. Also, the "Pro" version was enriched with appx. 200 new places / monuments and corresponding articles, including 20 more for Ostia, some 20 for Trier and a few dozens of new articles about best preserved Temples across the Roman Empire

The new version allows to be informed when an updated dataset is available (we will continue adding new ancient sites). We have also fixed a minor discrepancy between ancient texts library and the library of ancient sites so that all sites tagged in ancient texts appear on the map now.
