Description

TKsmart is an APP designed to gather events connected to transport of goods.
It can only work in collaboration with the Norwegian Transport Management System (TMS) "Sysped".
(It is NOT ment for the private/consumer market)

TKsmart operates as a client and will every xx (setting) minutes check against the TMS server to look for new or changed orders.
If new/changed orders are retrieved from the server the driver will be alerted by a sound.
This will happen even if the app is running in this background, and thus ensures that the driver is notified even if he has switched focus to other apps or other use of the device.

At the same time TKsmart will deliver newly collected events/signatures/pictures to the TMS server for use in Syspeds track & trace system.

TKsmart can also (depending on settings) retrieve the device's (transport vehicles) location end deliver this to the TMS server every xx minutes (settings).

*DISCLAIMER*: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Frequent charging must be expected.
