The explanations during the trip were often not complete.

Das „hop-in, hop-out“ konzept ist gut und verschafft einen guten überblick über paris.
Hingegen ist app an und für sich, nur beschränkt brauchbar bis unbrauchbar, je nachdem. Die anforderungen an die guide-qualifikationen sind nicht erfüllt.
Ich verstehe neben französisch in wort und sprache auch italienisch und englisch. Ich bin durchaus sprach-affin! Nur: auf einer sight seeing tour, will ich die beschriebenen objekte geniessen und nicht noch lange sprachbarrieren überwinden müssen!
Verbesserungswürdig sind folgende Punkte:
- Der audioguide ist zwar in verschiedenen sprachen abrufbar. Jedoch nur mit kopfhörern die noch über kabelanschluss verfügen! Alle, die mit drahtlosen (blue tooth) kopfhörern ausgerüstet sind, sind vom audioguide-genuss ausgeschlossen! Das ist wirklich nicht nur ärgerlich sondern auch sehr schlecht.
- der schriftliche kommentar zu den sehenswürdigkeiten liegt NUR IN ENGLISCH VOR! Man kann also den audiotext nicht nur nicht hören, nein! Man kann ihn auch nicht in seiner sprache lesen!
- die ganze website ist NUR AUF ENGLISCH! Auch das ist mangelhaft und nicht sehr benutzerfreundlich.
Im hinblick auf die olympischen spiele 2024 in paris, wäre die überarbeitung ihres angebots unabdingbar! Eine echte qualitätssteigerung!
Folgerung:
Das tour-erlebnis konnte nicht zu 100 % genossen werden. Die aufgeführten mängel sind schwerwiegend. Die versprechen können nur zu etwa 30 % erfüllt werden!
Schade.
Ps: ich würde mich freuen, wenn ich von ihnen zumindest einen hinweis erhalten würde, dass sie meinen kommentar gelesen haben.
