Some great improvements:

PLANS
- Ability to create private plans (approve/deny new members + ability to kick existing members)
- Plan admins can now delete messages of any user in the group

VERIFICATION
- Ability to verify your profile to receive a verification badge on your profile to let other travelers know you are who you say you are

HANGOUTS
- This feature allows users to post spontaneous local meetup invitations that last up to 24 hours. Only for other travelers nearby, these Hangouts encourage nearby users to join real-time activities like evening outings. It's a way to connect with people around you for immediate social engagements.

POSTS
- Updated post guidelines
- Can now like comments on posts

DM'S
- New emoji reactions on direct messages
- Simply tap the message to pull up the emoji reactions

Big reach

The app is generally good, but it‘s missing some features:
Pro:
+ Big reach (bigger than going solo)
+ good ratio
+ generally good group feature (trending, finding groups etc)
+ reporting works quite well (reported someone that was inappropriate and he was banned within 2 hours)

Negative:
- can‘t restrict access to group (I would like to enable age restriction, so that we can keep the group in a certain age range)
- can‘t fully edit the group after having created it
- can‘t kick out members in the group (no admin status)
