Step in and take a ride with the U-Abo on your smartphone. No queueing, no forgetting to renew your seasonal ticket and never lose your ticket ever again. The following functions of the U-Abo app are available:
- Buy and renew your monthly or yearly seasonal ticket wherever, whenever.
- Apply your existing seasonal paper-based ticket on the app.
- Use your app-based U-Abo during a ticket inspection.
- Never forget to renew your seasonal ticket, the app reminds you before your seasonal ticket expires.
- Upload your portrait picture and use the app to identify yourself. No need for a separate ID.
- Changed your mobile? Got a new mobile number? Simply restore your seasonal ticket within the app.
- Simple refund process.
- Pay your seasonal ticket with credit card (Mastercard, VISA), PostFinance, Reka Card or Twint.
- Simply receive your purchase receipts via E-Mail.
- Ask questions and get support by using the in-app form or our support hotline.
- Available in German and English.

Nice App
Ist wirklich sehr nützlich. Da ist auch alles in Ordnung. Habe mir 3x ein Monatsabo geholt, habe aber meine Adresse nicht geändert. Als ich dann erfahren habe, dass andere es für weniger Geld bekommen habe, habe ich Angerufen und meine Adresse geändert. Darauf wurden mir ohne Aufforderung die Preisdifferenz der letzten drei Monate erstattet. Sehr Kulant! Nur dauerte es sehr lange, bis man jemanden Telefonisch erreicht hat. Ansonsten Top!
Technischer Fehler
Wenn ich mich anmelden will und nach meiner Handynummer gefragt wird, steht nach dem ich sie eingebe „technischer Fehler“ und ich kann nichts machen. Bitte ein Update und den Fehler beheben.
Schlecht - Datenschutzkatastrophe
Neuste Version 22.12.2022: Zeigt falsche Preise 🙃
Datenschutz wird in dieser App klein geschrieben. Daten UNSERER KINDER wie zB. exakte Wohnadresse- dürfen nicht respektive offen in der App hinterlegt oder sichtbar sein. Schon der Prüfprozess läuft falsch! Hier, die Lösung: 1. Man muss seinen Vornamen, Namen, Korrespondenzadresse oder Wohnadresse und Geburtsdatum in der App eingeben, die die Daten dann gesichert an den Server überträgt. 2. Die Anmeldedaten werden mit dem Einwohnermeldeamt abgeglichen -das geschieht bereits heute schon-. Wenn der/die Antragsteller/in berechtigt ist, ein U-Abo zu entsprechenden Konditionen zu beziehen, wird entweder ein SMS-Code an die hinterlegt Mobilnummer geschickt oder der Code wird per Post an die angegebene Korrespondenzadresse gesendet. Sobald der Code in der App korrekt eingegeben wurde, ist das U-ABO freigeschalten. 3. Falls man ein Foto in der App hinterlegt, ist dieses nochmals an einem Schalter prüfen zu lassen. Dort erhält man nochmals einen Bestätigungscode für das Foto, das dann in der App als 'echt' sichtbar hinterlegt ist. Danach kann man sich das Vorweisen eines Ausweises sparen. Wird kein Foto hinterlegt, muss man sich im Falle einer Kontrolle ausweisen können (ID, Pass, FZ-Führerausweis). FERTIG p.s. Der Kundendienst hier schläft wirklich!
