Katastrophe! Direkter Kundenkontakt nicht mehr möglich
Die neue digitalen Lösungen und Angeboten sind ja ganz toll, nur wenn man versucht durch UBS ausgelöste Probleme per Hotline zu lösen bekommt man 5 Tage die Wochen mit Wartezeiten von über 30Minuten keinen Mitarbeiter ans Telefon. Am Schalter ist die Lage ähnlich: Lange Schlange und leider keine kompetenten Ansprechpartner
(Zwar hier der falsche Ort, wahrscheinlich gibt es mehr „digitale“ Angestellte die das lesen und den „analogen“ Mitarbeitern zu Hilfe eilen)
Empfehlung Personal an der Hotline massiv ausbauen, sonst Kundenverlust
