!! - UNBRAUCHBAR -- nicht mal ein Stern
Bravo UBS IT Helpline .. in der grössten Not und als MA mit remote access kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen, weil TECHNISCH etwas nicht mehr funktioniert .. die IT Hotline ist neu weder telefonisch noch über MyHub erreichbar. Zurück zur Steinzeit .. ladet diese App nicht herunter !
Wieder mal was geändert
Jedesmal , auch innerhalb 30 Tagen ist wieder mal das Prozedere geändert, vielleicht ein neuer Security Level. Wenn es nicht zu sichern ist lasst doch bitte dann mit der App ganz bleiben.
