L’app non lascia cancellare l’abbonamento, è letteralmente impossibile nonostante si contatti l’assistenza rimane impossibile liberarsi dal contratto ogni 3 mesi vengono addebitati 65 franchi. Si riceve 2 mesi gratis e in seguito ancora 65 franchi. Si dovrebbe aprire una causa civile contro questo tipo di applicazioni.. ora ho provato a cancellare definitivamente l’account ma avendo ancora i miei dati della carta di credito ho paura rimanga obbligato a pagare 65 franchi ogni 3 mesi a vita.
Mi spiace ma è scandaloso, immorale e vergognoso. Le clausole dei termini e condizioni sono illegali (almeno in Svizzera) perché nessuno si deve ragionevolmente aspettare nonostante si cancelli l’abbonamento esplicitamente di venire ancora addebitati; inoltre non dovrebbe essere più difficile cancellare il contratto rispetto a concluderlo.
Vorrei veramente una spiegazione, ma da queste aziende con sede legale a Cipro sono impossibili da rintracciare e denunciare per loop legali che non possono essere risolti a causa di problemi di trattati internazionali (CISG - LugÜ). Che scandalo..
