Urban Map is the shopping and cultural guide, published since 2002 in Geneva.

The 2020 edition lets you discover 120 french-speaking Swiss spots, selected with good taste and attention. You will wander across a curious urban trip, in the best the cities of Geneva, Carouge and Lausanne have to offer, jumping from fashion to deco, from a spa to a small restaurant...

Each spot contains :
- A visual
- A description
- A direct phone call ability to make your bookings easier
- A direct link to the spot's web site or Facebook page
- The opening hours
- The location on the map
- An essential tool : You can set the spot to send a proximity notification whenever you approach it.

Want to find an address ?
- The Geo-location system will let you find your position on the map and see the nearby spots.
- By choosing a Geneva or Lausanne, you'll find each categories, filtering spots by genre
- Use the Index page, where the addresses are sorted by alphabetical order and where you can search for a name.
- By taping randomly on an "Urban Map" logo on the map, along with the help of the colors of the categories.

Excellente application

Cette application gratuite nous permet de visite Genève sans connexion réseau car la carte est entièrement chargée dans l'iphone.
J'ai pu choisir par rubrique le type de shopping que je désirais faire. C'est excellent et pourrait être appliqué à de nombreuses villes.
Les temps de réponses sont très rapides ce qui m'incite à dire que le développement a été fort bien réalisé.
Cette carte mériterait que le nombre de magasin proposé soit étendu.
Je me réjouis de télécharger la version 2011.

Geneva is a small town, with a little work, this app could have more than 5 hotels listed and certainly more boutiques. It's a good try for version 1.0 but needs a lot more work to useful.
