Riding with Velospot is easy. Here’s how it works:
- Open the app to find a nearby Velospot station, on the map.
- Unlock your ride with your phone(NFC), with your card or by typing your code on the lock.
- Take a fun, healthy and affordable ride to your destination.
- Once you’ve arrived and want to end your ride, park and lock your bike/E-bike at a the Velospot’s station.

Don’t t bother trying
Same experience as so many before me. Tried for over an hour. Contacted the worst chatbot ever, failed over and over again. Terrible app, terrible UX, terrible overall experience. Clearly made without any end user in mind. Just a big waste of time.

Schnelle Registrierung, günstiger und schneller als ÖV und super Zustand der Räder soweit ich es bis jetzt bewerten kann. Licht, Bremse, Schaltung und Reifen einwandfrei. Sieht man nicht bei allen Verleihern.
