Don’t t bother trying

Same experience as so many before me. Tried for over an hour. Contacted the worst chatbot ever, failed over and over again. Terrible app, terrible UX, terrible overall experience. Clearly made without any end user in mind. Just a big waste of time.

Warum noch eine App?

Mir ist nicht klar, warum man die Velospot Velos nicht über die gut funktionierende Publibike App ausleihen kann. Es nervt mich, dass ich zwei Apps dafür benutzen muss. Habe Velospot daher deinstalliert, weil ich es schlicht weniger nutze.
