Sehr gut

Mir gefällt besonders, dass es die Option gibt, sich durch die Stimme durch die Übungen führen zu lassen. Ich kann also zu zuhören und üben, ohne dass ich nachlesen muss, was folgt. Die Übungen fühlen sich gut an. Dauer und Tempo sind so ausgelegt, dass ein ganzes Training wenige Minuten dauert. Für mich eine wichtige Voraussetzung, regelmässig zu üben.
