unable to cancel subscription

Unable to cancel trial subscription. The instructions do not work as described. I have sent two messages to the help center bit have not received a response.

Free trial fail

Be careful. First they offer you a free trial. Then, after you agree to it, there would be one more popup which subscribes you for a year subscription without waiting for the end of free trial. I consider it a fraud.

The second popup you mentioned may have been for the yearly subscription, which was not related to the free trial.
