It supports advanced exercises like supersets and drop sets, and includes detailed tracking for Reps-In-Reserve (RIR), Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), and partial reps. Personal trainers can create multiple diaries for different clients and the app supports both metric and imperial measurement systems. Additionally, WeightsBook features a built-in workout and rest timer, and automatically generates a workout calendar to maintain a comprehensive record of past workouts, assisting in the planning of current and future sessions with ease.
