Slow, Bloated and mostly non-functional

Simply awful and non-intuitive. Any spelling error in 'Search' results in items not being found. Payment process gets stuck often. Sunday's are an absolute nightmare with apparent overloaded servers or whatnot

Awful rewards

It is actually the way in which rewards are given that causes me to rate this app so low. I HATE that these vouchers come at times when I cannot or do not want to use them and never when I do. It’s stressful and absolutely ridiculous. It also means that I get almost zero benefit to being a loyal VIP member because I can never get to the shops when one of my vouchers is active! I am angry and resentful of the way vouchers are allocated on this ‘loyalty’ programme. It is manipulative. Why not rather just give cash back like Clicks, Dischem etc. That feel honest and rewarding to me. The WW system is stressful and upsetting. Very upsetting because I always miss the voucher windows. I assume this is not the intention of the loyalty program but I feel jerked around by it and more and more angry at WW for putting more stress into my life. Please change your system into something that irregular shoppers can actually use.
