Terrible customer experience
After purchasing a Yale lock and spending hours setting it up with the august app I was asked to download the Yale app or lose acess to my lock which I use to manage my Airbnb property. I downloaded the Yale app but it’s impossible to sign in. Went trough password reset several times but nothing works.
The lock is working fine but the software experience has been awful . I hope there will be some customer support and I won’t lose access to my rental property.
