Gutes Angebot, schlechte App
Yallo bietet faire Preise und, im Verhältnis dazu, guten Support. Ich bin sowohl für mobile Dienste als auch Internet Kunde von Yallo und wirklich sehr zufrieden.
Aber die App Yallo TV ist, sorry, die schlechteste TV-App die ich je gesehen habe. Die Sortierung der Sender ist so etwas von mühsam, dass ich lieber bei der Konkurrenz TV sehe als bei Yallo. Damit verliert Yallo bei mir drei Sterne.
Y’a plus qu’à quitter Yallo
L’apps TV installée sur l’Apple TV, car non proposée sur les smart TV, est catastrophique! Elle bug systématiquement! Sur le smaprtphone et iPad c’est OK. Ce que je trouve dommage c’est le service clientèle qui n’est pas professionnel et qui met plus de 15 jours pour vous répondre. Je ne recommande pas cet opérateur low-cost!

Apple TV App unbrauchbar
Ich bin seit Ende Januar 2023 Kunde. Internet und WLAN via Glasfaser = Top, Handy-Abo mit 5G = Top, TV via Apple TV = unterirdisch! Apple TV muss jedes Mal neu gebootet werden, App schon x-mal neu gestartet… einfach leider nicht brauchbar. Habe jetzt zusätzlich Zattoo abonniert, das funktioniert einwandfrei.
