Impossible to activate

The screen freezes after the picture of the ID, no error messages nor nothing… how to resolve this?

Only numbers from Romania

It is impossible to activate it if you have a number from an operator outside Romania. If registered my number with the bank, but they were unable to help me, so activated the app with a token. The token has expired and I have to now travel back to activate my app.
