Imagine, you cross the border from switzerland to italy and in Como you want to charge your car. You have to download the app, enter all your personal details to find out, that you can‘t use it as an non italian citizen.
Mad activation process
+ but allows registration for foreigners (the invoicing fields are a bit weird)
+ UI is simple but functional and intuitive enough

- Activation of EVLink AC Stations is mad. Follow the instructions in the app, the the instructions in the station, then instructions in the app… miss one step and you have to start all over again
