pairing geht nicht

Ich sitze da und versuche mein iphone über Bluetooth zu pairen, aber der Wivar 2 wird nicht angezeigt. Nun lese ich diese Rezensionen und mir wird klar, ich bin nicht der Einzige der dieses Problem hat. Leider liefert Zehnder auch kein Steuergerät das funktioniert mit. Ich bestelle nun mal ein solches und hoffe es funktioniert.

Completely useless app

Basic functionality like saving a new day or week schedule doesn’t work. I can copy an existing schedule but the copy also does not save, and then doesn’t appear in the list. I can change the home and away temperatures but cannot SAVE them!!! Fix the save functionality please!! Your app developers are clearly not testing properly

Schlechteste App die ich kenne!

Unser Heizgerät ist praktisch nicht steuerbar, die App ist überhaupt nicht benutzerfreundlich. Am liebsten würde ich das Heizgerät zurück geben, bringt mir nichts wenn ich es nicht steuern kann über die App!

Wir bedauern, dass Sie mit unserem Produkt nicht zufrieden sind. Wir sind uns auch bewusst, dass noch Verbesserungspotenzial vorhanden ist und entwickeln deshalb unsere Produkte ständig weiter. Einige Anpassungen wurden in der Zwischenzeit auch bereits umgesetzt. Um konkrete Verbesserungen vorzunehmen ist es wichtig zu wissen was genau die Unzufriedenheit auslöst. Somit können wir auch konkret an Weiterentwicklungen arbeiten.
