This upgrade now also provides meal plans and menus that fall into the calorie budget to keep you on track easily! You can simply select a curated menu and enjoy it without worrying about calculating your whole day’s worth of meals. We do the hard work for you. All recipes and menus are Pauline-approved. All the guesswork of meal planning is gone when using the curated menus.
