Frustration with Recent Product Update

I used to love this product until it was recently turned into a paid annual service. Now I'm bombarded with constant prompts to pay for something I already own. I've tried restoring to the previous version, but it doesn't work. Customer support hasn't bothered to reply either. I don't want the upgraded features and I shouldn't have to deal with invasive pop-ups. Frustrated with the lack of response, I've been forced to switch to another app.

I apologize if our change to a subscription has caused a bad experience.
