Me estafaron con la supuesta promoción de primer usuario.
Hice pedido oferta por primer uso y al pagar me cambiaron el precio al precio normal y al llamar a atención al cliente me dijeron que me podían cancelar el pedido pero el dinero no me lo regresarían, para mi mal experiencia y no lo usaré más, perdieron un cliente.
Me estafaron con dinero
Hice un pedido de $24.000 el cual tardo 3 horas en llegar, para cuando me lo entregan no era ni siquiera un pedido mío, llame por teléfono y la primera chica me cortó luego volví a insistir y esta me dice que solo me reembolsaran $14.000 que no puede hacer más y que se verá reflejado en un cupón dentro de 24 hrs, cupón cuyo jamás llegó, fue un error de su empresa al hacer una denuncia al sernac no deja ya que está empresa tiene muchas sucursales la cual no deja hacer la denuncia, ESTAFADORES!! No compren nunca con ellos
Pedido incompleto
Primer pedido y llega incompleto, el repartidor no se hace cargo, no me dan respuestas, la comida que llegó estaba fría y no trajo bebidas. Pésimo servicio.
