Set the most important work as your current focus and work on it mindfully.
When you’re tempted by a distraction, add it to the check later list and keep your focus. You can revisit your check later at the end of the day or even week, all up to you.
If you see or think of something inspirational, take a quick note to remember it and keep your feed motivational.
Add home screen widget for weekly focus overview.
