Hello, we use a standard Apple Pay subscription. You can unsubscribe or subscribe from inside your Apple ID settings on your iPhone. There you can manage all your subscriptions for all apps.
We are obviously not scamming anyone. Our app is approved and reviewed by Apple, multiple times. If you wish to get a refund or cancel the payment. Please contact Apple support, because only Apple can refund your money.
