This app is part of our solution system to help hoteliers to manage hotel daily operation, especially managing guest's request. Using this system, hotel staffs can easily create a new request and dispatch notification instantly so the request can be handled faster.
Data that are kept in server can be used by management to assess staff performance.
In the end, the result is improved guest experience and increased staff productivity.
