Hice un cargo de $10.000CLP para usar en la app, contaba con cupones (10 minutos) y en un viaje me excedí en 7 minutos por lo que me cobraron $700CLP y luego me apareció en mi balance que tenía $0CLP volví a cargar una suma de $20.000CLP esperando que me aparecieran los $9.300CLP que debería haber tenido en un principio y nada, pésimo el servicio en ese aspecto, un completo robo esto, espero que me lo solucionen luego sino al sernac.
