The newer version, the worse

It always has been slow, every click is like 5 seconds. Most of the times only plays the first song of a list or an album. It is needed to close the application and open it again to get it synchronized with the network player, this works one out of five times. If you want to add search songs or albums to your Tidal library, I suggest you to go directly to Tidal, this app is extremely slow. The problem is that Arcam doesn’t offer other application, also you cannot connect your streamer directly to Tidal, the only way is use this app.

Problemas de funcionamiento

Al conectarse con TIDAL, no permite buscar canciones, y solo accede a las que están en my music. Además no es posible escuchar la siguiente canción de una Playlist, ya que se reinicia volviendo a escuchar desde la primera.

Lamento escuchar que está teniendo problemas. Hemos probado la búsqueda de TIDAL en una variedad de productos y funciona como se esperaba en la v4.1.2. ¿Podría volver a intentarlo y ponerse en contacto con nosotros a través de luxurysupport@harman.com para que podamos investigar más el problema con usted?

With my SoloMusic

Some times can’t recognize my Solo Music wich is frustrating. It doesn’t remember my streaming service (Tidal in my case) so I have to set it up every time I use the app. The interface and search method is a bit archaic and slow. It’s impossible to listen a continuous album like it should be. There’s always a silence between a track and the next one.
