Affirmations (or mantras) are short positive statements to help overcome negative thoughts, decrease self doubt, increase confidence, decrease stress/anxiety, and just start your day off right.

Tips for using affirmations.
Say and repeat them out loud throughout the day.
Write them down on a piece of paper. The act of writing something down uses a different part of the brain.
Repeat when feeling down.
Think about the affirmation as you fall asleep.
Think about the affirmation while exercising.

This app contains a curated list of over 2500 positive statements / affirmations - enough for once a day for years to come. Each time the app is opened an affirmation is randomly pulled from the list! A new affirmation can also be shown by pressing the reload button (lower left). Affirmations can be saved, sent via email or text using the share button. Finally, background colors can be selected from an almost unlimited color pallet.
