Problemas con la cancelación de la suscripción
Descargué la aplicación pensando que era gratis, luego me di cuenta de que debía pagar, cancelé la suscripción por medio de la app pero los cobros siguieron, me di cuenta a las dos semanas después y tuve que cancelar la suscripción por medio del servicio de mi teléfono, además me di cuenta de que los cobros eran semanales, ya que no dan un previo aviso, por lo que me cobraron las dos semanas en las que supuestamente ya se había cancelado la suscripción. Pésimo, devuelvan mi dinero.

Efectúan cobro semanal, sin dar aviso previo
Tengo 43000 a pagar y solo ingrese con la prueba gratuita, vi una vez la app y me molestó, ya que cada pregunta que uno quería hacer la cobraban extra.

No dan de baja cuando se solicita
Baje la explicación pensando que era gratis y cuando me di cuenta que me estaban cobrando, de inmediato la di de baja, pero siguieron los cobros, al final tuve que deshabilitar mi tarjeta
