Strech now

Respecto al estiramiento podría dividirse el tiempo en las dos extremidades para que se pudieran elogar durante el mismo tiempo. En general lo demás está bien.

Cumple su objetivo

Hasta el momento llevo 3 días usándola y cumple su objetivo como app. Hay que considerar que para que funcione esta app debe haber compromiso por parte del usuario considera que no soluciona la dificultad ayuda a solucionarla.
