Descoordinación y falla en la app
No puedo cancelar el pasaje a través de la app por lo que siempre debo contar con un computador cerca o comprar a través del navegador de mi celular, nada útil la app si debo hacer ambas cosas!
He comprado dos veces el mismo asiento y ambas veces el mismo error! El número no coincide con la posición del asiento. Elijo comprar, ademas es la opción más adecuada que tengo para hacerlo, para elegir y reservar el asiento que yo quiera, pero si existen estos problemas de coordinación con la app y la empresa o bus no sirve de mucho
Pasajes fantasmas
Hace dos días compré un pasaje en la línea Nilahue con destino a Pichilemu, esperé hasta las 15:15, mi pasaje era a las 15:20, voy a preguntar y me dicen que el viaje no existió nunca!!
